Number 27 in the process of being demolished for redevelpoment by Shearing Homes.

The site is now occupied by numbers 25a, 27 and 27a.

Number 25 next door which was occupied by Letcher & Sons is now "St Gabriels".

Ringwood Road Stores is the next building that can be seen beyond and is the building in the upper photo on page 15 of Around Verwood.

Foundations are being constructed for The Fayrewood public house.

Sherwood Drive is visible at the centre of the picture and the house to the right is "Kenilworth" number 119 Ringwood Road.

Adjacent to the Fayrewood plot looking at the back of houses in Ringwood Road. The long bungalow is number 98a then follow numbers 100, 102 and 104. The house with the red roof is number 2 Lake Road.

This field is now the top end of Raymond Close off Sandy Lane.
